Pistachio Muesli Cake
Ingredients:
Cake
ü 200gr Butter
ü 250 gr Sugar
ü 6pcs Egg yolks
ü 1tsp Vanilla
ü 250gr Flour
ü 1tsp Salt
ü 250ml Fresh milk
ü 50 gr Camel Pistachio
ü 35gr Familia Original Swiss Muesli (no added sugar)
Cream cheese frosting
ü 200gr Cream cheese
ü 5tbsp Honey
ü 1tsp Salt
ü 100gr Butter
Bahan-bahan:
Bahan Kue
ü 200 gr Mentega
ü 250 gr Gula pasir
ü 6 btr Kuning telur
ü 1 sdt Vanilla
ü 250 gr Tepung
ü 1 sdt Garam
ü 250 ml Susu segar
ü 50 gr Camel Pistachio
ü 35 gr Familia Original Swiss Muesli (no added sugar)
Cream Cheese Frosting :
ü 200 gr Cream cheese
ü 5 sdm Madu
ü 1 sdt Garam
ü 100 gr Mentega
Preparation:
1. Pre-heat the oven at 2500C
2. Mix butter and sugar with mixer until it is a pale colour. Add the eggs one by one and pour in the vanilla. Mix well.
3. Turn off the mixer and add half of dry ingredients that has already been sifted. Turn on the mixer with low speed and mix well. Pour half of the milk and mix again. Repeat the process until all the flour and milk has been used up.
4. Add the pistachio and muesli. Stir well with a spatula and pour the dough into the baking pan (ideally 20x20 cm).
5. Bake at 2000C for -/+ 35 minutes or until the cake is cooked through.
6. Let the cake cool in the pan.
7. Make the cream cheese frosting by whisking cream, honey and salt together. Add butter and whisk again until the mixture has softened.
8. Take the cake out of the pan. Cover the top with the cream cheese frosting. Sprinkle the top generously with a layer of pistachios.

Resep
1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 250ºC
2. Campur mentega dan gula dengan mixer sampai berwarna pucat. Tambahkan telur satu per satu dan tuang vanilla. Campurkan merata.
3. Matikan mixer dan tambahkan setengah dari bahan kering yang telah diayak. Hidupkan mixer dengan kecepatan rendah sampai merata. Tuangkan setengah susu dan campur lagi. Ulangi prosesnya sampai tepung dan susu habis.
4. Tambahkan pistachio dan muesli. Aduk merata dengan spatula dan tuang adonan ke dalam loyang panggang (uk 20x20 cm)
5. Panggang pada suhu 2000C selama -/+ 35 menit atau sampai kue terpanggang sempurna
6. Biarkan kue diloyang sampai dingin
7. Buat Cream Cheese Frosting dengan mengocok krim, madu, dan garam bersama. Tambahkan mentega dan kocok lagi sampai tercampur merata dan tekstur menjadi lembut
8. Keluarkan kue dari loyang. Tutupi kue dengan Cream cheese Frosting. Taburi lapisan atasnya dengan kacang pistachio
